I’m Kristin Daniel a surface pattern designer, illustrator and graphic designer in Ojai, California. Most of the time you can find me working from my home studio with my dog Isla Plum by my side. Inspired by my love of the ocean, florals, and the great outdoors, my work is playful and colorful stemming from my background in animation.

I received my BFA in Animation and a Minor in Architecture from the University of Oregon. I have worked with several different companies while also designing freelance. My new found passion is creating patterns with my illustrations. I enjoy the challenge of getting all of the elements to fit together.
